As reported in earlier articles (click here for part 1 and here for part 2,) restaurants are in the midst of offering seasonal fall flavors on their menus. Here are additional restaurants that have added fall flavors to their menus.
Pasta Pomodoro launched its Early Fall Seasonal Menu, and the menu features fresh and local ingredients such as Brussels sprouts and butternut squash. The fall menu is available during dinner service, and menu items include Brussels sprouts salad with pancetta, gnocchi with Italian sausage and roasted butternut squash, and braised chicken thighs served with polenta or spaghetti. Pasta Pomodoro has locations in Sunnyvale at 300 W. El Camino Real #G and in Milpitas at 181 Ranch Drive, and both locations offer the seasonal menu. Three of the four San Jose locations also offer the seasonal menu: 2083 Camden Avenue, 4898 San Felipe Road #150, and 378 Santana Row #1130. The Pasta Pomodoro location at 1205 The Alameda #30 in San Jose does not offer the seasonal menu but instead offers an “experimental tasting menu.”
Vin Santo Ristorante located at 1346 Lincoln Avenue in the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose has updated its menu with fall flavors. Some of the menu items include roasted squash with shaved Parmesan and Willow Glen honey, cabbage salad with bacon and mushrooms, fresh pappardelle with lamb and porcini ragout, and shot ribs with polenta.
