Dishcrawl has partnered with several restaurants for special food events. On Thursday, November 10, 2011, at 6:30 p.m., Tequila Education Oaxacan Style is hosted by Mezcal. On Sunday, November 13, 2011, House of Siam hosts Take a Trip to Thailand. And on Wednesday, November 16, Fahrenheit’s Executive Chef Danny Chu invites diners to join him at the Chef’s Table. On Saturday, November 12, 2011, Moveable Feast, a food truck meet-up, takes place at 350 Saratoga Avenue, near Garden City Casino, in San Jose from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Participating trucks include An the Go, MoGo BBQ, Project Cupcake (a new truck), Sanguchon, Soulnese, and The Wow. A number of Santana Row restaurants are currently participating in “Dinner on The Row & A Show.” On Monday nights, diners get to enjoy a three-course dinner for $30 per person. Diners who purchase two “Dinner on the Row & A Show” dinners will receive two tickers to “A Christmas Carol” at the San Jose Repertory Theatre (playing November 23 to December 24, 2011) after presenting their same day, itemized receipt to the Santana Row concierge. “A Christmas Carol” tickets are first come, first served and supplies are limited. Participating restaurants include El Jardin, Consuelo Mexican Bistro, Thea Mediterranean, Village California Bistro, Yankee Pier, Straits, LB Steak, Sino, Citrus, and Rosie McCann’s.
